“watching, finding himself entraced by the voice of the man. “”the accent”” thought Jesse, “”theres something dreadfully familiar about it, that I know for sure.”” Jesse picked up his glasses, perched atop his sofa and began to lean into the screen vivdly. From there, he saw the Person’s Relaitability all too clearly.
The person in question happened to be a certain Private Tony Andrews, A gentleman who was all too familiar to Jesse. Just 10 years ago, both men were on their way to a town called Jerusalem on a quest for spiritual guidance.
Tony, who was coming home from a long deployment abroad, had sought Jesse’s companionship on the winding roads through the city. Jesse knew that the trip had had a lasting affect on Tony, and taking in the splendour of the sites had restored his faith in a world far greater than his own.
There, hanging around Tony’s chest was an all too familiar symbol. An old oak cross, purchased from the markets of the Armenian quarter, displayed prominently around his neck. A present from Jesse. Little did Jesse know, that gift would be the catalyst that forever cemented Tony’s faith in the Lord forever.”
