she found that the more she watched, the more she got sucked into the world of this girl she’d seen online. She spoke of God with such conviction that Hanna started to wonder: does this God exist for me too? More intrigued she decided to reach out and message this girl. A long shot she knew, with the girl online having 400k followers. But Hanna’s curiosity led her to typing out a quick hello and an explanation of her story so far, with the most important questions coming right at the end. How could she feel this God’s love too? Was the God forgiving of mistakes. Did it hold past mistakes against people? Did it really cure all negative feelings just through belief? Satisfied with her message, Hanna shut off her phone and went to sleep, having doomscrolled her way to 3am with the looming prospect of work to greet her in the morning.
