So, Daisy continued watching and learnt about tarot cards. Fascinated by how they worked, she looked them up some more and decided they were a spot of fun. At school, she talked about it with her friends and one of them told her how their mum does tarot, how she finds it reassuring and grounds her in the present. Since watching that youtube video, Daisy got reccommended more and more content surrounding tarot; what the cards mean, how to do a reading. Some of these videos also mentioned other spiritual items such as crystals and incense. Daisy came across this content on other platforms too such as Tiktok and Instagram. Daisy ended up getting her own tarot cards as she was still so fascinated by the concept. She learnt the meanings of the cards, how to do readings and did readings for family and friends. Although tarot started off as something she enjoyed and found fun, Daisy came to take it more seriously, at least in a spiritual sense. She found that tarot reassured her of the future, gave her confidence to approach it and lessen her anxiety surrounding it. What started off as a youtube video, eventually became a regular practice for Daisy as she explored herself spiritually.
